Sakura Vs Hinata
Garaa Vs Sasuke
Shikamaru Vs Temari(again)
The new characters vs Some konoha 11

And The training between Naruto and Jiraiya so more jiraiya
However if it drags out it will suck because Madara JJ Vs Gai 8 Gates>>>>>>>all the above fights

It was my understanding that this arc takes places in-between part 1 and 2, showing how the 11 became Chunin. None of the fights you listed will likely be shown, particularly Sasuke vs Gaara since that already exists in the canon and we know how it plays out :/

plus Naruto and Sasuke are out of the village training under Jiraiya and Orochimaru respectively. So the matches will probably be mixed up a little more than what we've seen in part 1

I dont think the sand nin will be part of these fights. Otherwise, yes i do look forward to these fights. It'll take the attention off sasuke and naruto for a bit and develop the characters that kishi ignored during pt. 2. It's actually a great idea to give them some screen time.

The bolded wouldn't make sense considering Sasuke was out training with Orochimaru during the time skip. As for the second bold, Shikamaru was already a chunin at the end of part 1.
