some ppl would grow a 1000 kilos and act as if theres nothing wrong with them at all

when someone u know asks u about their weight or is growing too obese u tell em politely that their growing overweight and its bad for their health

hell even being mean and making fun of em might be nicer then just denying their fat. at least they might try to fix themselves if u make fun of em

OT: I particularly don't care. By a health/medical perspective you should try to maintain a fit/healthy eating and exercise regiment. Although I can see why that may be difficult for some, but it's never good to give up and say this is me and the continue to eat a tub of ice cream Zzz

Eh. I, myself works extremely hard to no rest to eliminate the most fat off of me. I would no doubt be the biggest criticizer of someone who is remotely obese.
