No he is not

In the update that is happening, Shichibukai will be a certain group for only 7 people and the current rank of "Shichibukai" will change to Warlord.

I have noticed several issues with this RP already, so I immediately made some changes. As such, I am currently rewriting the entire RP System to fix these issues. It is will be more thorough and have more appropriate rules.

As such, for now. Do as you please with the RP, but keep it within reason. If his rank is not Shichibukai, consider that he isn't a Shichibukai

He wears an open button-down white short-sleeve shirt with the collars lifted up. His pants are dark brown and wear black boots. His black hair is cut short and spiked up. On both of his forearms are arm bands that are all black except for a white design that has the insignia for "Freedom". On his neck is a necklace given to him by his father that is a simple gold chain with "Jakai" fashioned into the design.

Jakai go up Reverse Mountain and end up on Twin Capes. They look around the light post and see a giant whale. They go around the whale and head off into one of the 7 paths and make their way to their first island
