Sure she's obsessed with Sasuke but that doesn't impact on her usefulness. Tobi, Oro and Sasuke all praised her for her usefulness in the manga. Obviously he turned on her at his darkest hour because dude had to do what dude had to do im sure he is sorry XD

She's one the best Sensory ninja out there, she's a perfect healer and the most loyal team mate. So loyal to Oro that she refused to free his prisoners. So loyal to sasuke too that she risked her life for him.

And she's the last full blooded uzamaki alive. She could be the key to finding out their history. I hope Karin returns in part 3
