[Theory] Gear 4 ?

I know this is from a filler arc, and he can only use it because apperently some girl is inside him or something

But wouldnt this be luffy's most powerfull form?

Maybe something like this would me gear 4?

I would think it would be more like a Gear 5

Gear 2 relates to speed.
Gear 3 relates to strength.

Gear 4th and 5th would be upgraded versions of those imo.

Gear4=Stretching muscles=Nightmare Luffy?

We already have gear stacking of both Gear 2 and Gear 3... You don't need a Gear 4. However, Luffy can acquire powerups elsewhere such as Hasshoken. The vibrations would be AMPLIFIED massively due to Luffy's rubber body, it's a perfect powerup for him.

Not even sure he's gonna get any more gears. That's what makes his soon to be battle between Doflamingo interesting. With the feats he currently has, he shouldn't win. But is he hiding something else up his sleeve? Maybe a new gear or something else entirely.
