You know that Obito is nerfed as much as Madara and Kaguya, or more precisely Kamui

Without nerfing Obito Kamui can end this war single handedly

What I mean is Kakashi can Kamui part of Juubi and render it useless for period of time because it save by immortality.

but Obito come infront Kakadhi before he manage to Kamui part of Juubi, he can because he can Kamui Gyuki without the problem

Many situation Kamui on Obito and Kakashi is nerfed by Kishi, infront of Rikudou Madara, if Obito having Kamui snipe eye, he can snipe Madara head to render him useless for a moment and Obito will proceed to do something with Madara body.

Juubito also is getting nerfed from using Kamui without author proper explaination.

The proof that Obito and his both Kamui is not overrated is Kishi used him until the end although he can said goodbye many time before

You look how close is Obito with Rikudou Madara, and if Obito having both eye there, when Madara tried to hit him, he goes intangible but after that he can Kamui snipe Higher half of Madara body from head to chest as example and render him useless for a moment
