you really didn't understand it right, Neji bullied and almost killed Hinata to get revenge from their clan, Naruto kicked his ass and TNJ'ed him...after this he entered the path of redemption.

giving his life to save them both (and their love story) was a great idea, i hated Neji before Naruto ravaged him because he was just bad not badass.

you cannot be a badass if you almost killed a poor innocent girl whom always liked you, whom suffered just like you because of your nasty family rules and never did anything to you.

Kishimoto did him a favor, he killed him as a hero whom saved 2 people in love whom both forgive him for his BS, he could have done far worse

Don't mind him.
I mean realistically without bashing the character itself.

Sakura is one of anime's most hated characters alone. Not my personal bias, I actually saw her in the list quite a lot. So yeah, whatever.

6.Kishi is troubled by Sakura's popularity among the readers. While he was drawing covers, it was easy drawing naruto and sasuke, but for sakura kishi have to spend more time re-drawing and adjusting, worrying that he might draw her ugly. sakura's family is not revealed because of popularity reasons, but hinata with low number of appearances were consistently popular with the readers, kishi once had the idea to change hinata to the heroine.Kishi referenced celebrities before making Sakura, 2ch said something like Christina Ricci.

^ This was my favorite part of the interview actually. It revealed how much Hinata factor was getting to him with Sakura. Or how much he noticed he was not doing well while creating Sakura. One has to wonder why Hinata was preferred amongst the readers, even though she had very less screen time? I am pretty sure its not just because her relation to Naruto's character.

I personally think Kishi should have sticked with his original idea of a female character that is Hinata. He should have kept Sasuke as the rival with a different love interest. Sounds like to me Sakura was more of a failure on his part. Than a prize. I mean in each interview it feels like she was more of a regret for him than a blessing.

Yup, only in the movie. That's fine, the movie was about NaruHina and how they got together, makes sense.

It was Naruto "the Last" movie. Meaning Hinata got the last laugh.

Neji as badass..... sure, that's why his only role in the entire Part II was being background character + being protected by Hinata whom he was supposed to protect and not reversed.

Brothers holding hand, is not something "unique" or "weird" in the eastern cultures of asia.


And... holy shit of course Hinata is gonna be more popular dude, when your polls are only based on japan. You could've just expanded on Sakura's character and watch her take popularity polls (really start to wonder is some writers are thinking right, but then again they do have alot of stress on them.)

Anddd Neji just died for NaruHina.. alot of problems caused just cause of NaruHina.. man, you could've built up the pairing way better.

Its because, she is the typical old-school japanese female type (orihime from bleach would fall under this.) .. shy girl, obeys and so on. And is loyal to the main character in real life case the person she loves.

Furthermore, his polls aren't taken worldwide only in japan i believe. So that just adds on to the whole popularity. Because for example, in sacramento (california) not many Hinata fans to be found, because people don't like the shy female like that.

If his polls were more worldwide based, Naruto Uzumaki would've been in the lead for all of them.

Guys it's his series, stop hating, plus neji's character development finished in part 1

no, development wise it ended at his death, because he protected Naruto till death, something I wouldn't have thought he would do.

Died protecting the ones he first hated, something he chose for himself and not fate. Now reduced to "be the cupid". I like NH but to say it like that....is just...

I knew Lee is made from Jackie Chan it was obvious when I saw the drunken fist that was a masterpiece!!

1.When Kishimoto first created Naruto he was inspired by a roadside ramen stall, he wanted to write about a youth eating ramen. his theme is considered questionable, bujt in the end it still became serialized while under doubts.

2.The fourth's appearance was inspired by carelessly jumbling up kiba and akamaru's combination. and so naruto father's image was set.


3.Before the chunnin exams, Kishimoto originally wanted to draw a few more missions, but to ask him to illustrate the whole ninjaverse at one go, kishi says it is very stressful to have to do so many characters, so he asked his assistant for help, and the assistant created Lee using reference from Jackie Chan.

4.In Akatsuki Kishimoto's fav is Hidan. Kishi was told that the image of Shikamaru smoking can't possible be animated on TV, but Kishi did it anyway. He tried to make Hidan look not as intidimating


5.Kishi feel that Jiraiya's death was spectacular, therefore if he was edo tensei, it would be hard to draw naruto's reaction. that's why jiraiya did not re-appear.

7.he let neji die for naruto and hinata to be closer, that's how hinata brought her daughter to visit his grave in chapter 700. naruto's son boruto and neji is the same meaning, this is all intended early on.Kishi said" I needed a factor for Hinata to become more like Naruto's heroine so I kind of made him die as a Cupid...." and the interviewer says it sounds silly to air this




8. before naruto KO enemies kishi would use several different angle shots to show the same move, this is inspired by jackie chan's martial arts film. also when doing KO scenes kishi don't like to draw the character faces, he feel that revealing faces will dimish the impact of the body moving and the artwork.


9.At the end when Naruto and Sasuke fight, the original intention is that they finish while holding hands, but kishi changed his mind and cut their hands, making a more gory ending.


10.When NARUTO ends, Kishi introduces next year's movie and naruto exibition 2015, revealing that orochimaru, kabuto, and lesser characters will be re-appearing in the boruto series, to finish the main plot. then kishi says he will be relaxing for the time bring, call an assistant to discuss about the new series. it is unclear whether the new series will still be centered around ninjas or around a totally new theme.

What makes me happy is knowing the fact that even the author was thinking of switching heroines with Hinata. Also knowing the fact that he himself saw that Sakura was not popular amongst the readers. Lol

And oh it actually happen. Its canon and part of the manga.

That drunken fist was my fav part and I love Jackie Chans movies I love that guy #NoHomo.

As soon as I saw that moment I liked Rock Lee.

Anyway in games it would be awesome if Lee had Bruce Lee costume the yellow one
