Why do people keep saying Kakashi didn't see Sasuke?

So, as I've been reading through threads, more and more members are saying that Kakashi only knew it was Sasuke because of Chidori.

This makes absolutely no sense, because he even spoke to Kakashi.

Here's the scene:

As Kakashi looked up, a shadow of an enormous rock was completely covering him.


Resigned to his death at that moment, Kakashi’s surroundings and his movements began to occur in slow-motion.


Suddenly, intermittent electrical sounds were resounding.

The gigantic meteorite that was several metres overhead of Kakashi scattered in all directions.


In the burst of smoke, standing in front of Kakashi...was Sasuke Uchiha!

Probably because Sasuke was moving with extreme (/intense) speed. Kotetsu and Izumo could not see the figure of Sasuke.

“Sasuke!?”


“If that stupid guy isn’t here...It seems that I have no choice but to protect you”


Having spoken that, his strongly performing, but greatest (/most) problematic student suddenly disappeared.

Sasuke can still be seen by the normal eye (Kakashi's Jesus eye) confirmed.

It's not a matter of how or why.
It's a matter of whether he did or did not.
In which case, Kakashi did see Sasuke.

The point when he turned around was for the audience to see Sasuke beause you know the idiots -

"OH IT WASN'T SASUKE IT WAS A ROBOT THAT LOOKED LIKE HIM. IT WASN'T SASUKE, SHOW ME PROOF, OH WAIT I DIDN'T SEE HIS FACE!"

Lmao he heard chidori and did hear his voice, and did see him but didn't see his face as he teleported (or footspeed).

He heard the Chidori, and eventually figured out it was Sasuke because, Y'know, it looks a lot like Sasuke.

Looks to me more like
Kakashi hears Chidori > Meteor explodes > Smoke starts to clear > Sasuke is there and turns his head > Talks to Kakashi> Gone
