I guess your right about Erza > Mirjanae her plot shield is crazy tho >.>

Heavenly Body Magic only enhances Mystogans speed and resistence to Magic. Erza's armour defeats the entire point of Magic itself.

Dragon Force makes a much bigger enhancement than Heavenly Body Magic anyways. Promoting you from the level of a human to a Dragon!!

The guildmasters are up there because of Fairy Law/Grimoire Law and their former physical states when they were much younger. Mavis is considered to be Zerefs one and only true rival back in the day.

Warrod has such a huge pool of magical energy it seems impossible for him to run out of stamina, he can easily outlast most characters, he uses a more defensive magic, and to be honest other than Fairy Law and Crash, nothing much is going to faze him or his Green Magic

Mirajane might still be above Natsu...hard to weigh her because her power and personality conflict and very pending the situation.


Mystogan doesn't have Heavenly Body Magic. He has Staff magic, and a few off hand spells.

You could be right the plot shields make it hard to gauge str in this manga :/

- Excluding Warrod, Makarov's father and Ivan.
- I'm not really sure about Gray vs Mystogan, but I would lean toward Gray.

Laxus can't fodderize Natsu, Gajeel or Grey anymore, and never could fodderize Erza or Mira

He, logically is only the 6th strongest FT member so far anyways behind four guildmasters (although Gildarts was short lived) and the 4th Wizard Saint.

That's (Ivan at best is as strong as Natsu at the beginning) quite different than "Laxus can't do that anymore".

I think Gray could put decent fight against Laxus, and maybe DF Natsu. But I don't see anything that Gajeel can do against Laxus.

Both Tempesta and Torafusa were portrayed as around equal. Laxus defeated Tempesta with no diff. Gajeel defeated Tora with extrem high diff.
