Shurado Madara's ultimate attack could have been like an A or H-Bomb?

I made several theories on what new or advanced techniques Madara would unlock and use when he retrieved his other eye, however this just came to me from remembering what Pein said about a weapon great enough to destroy nations. Obviously the first thing that comes to mind for me being that he referred to it as a weapon would be a nuclear arm. Perhaps this was what he was referring to and shurado does produce high tech weapons including particle guns and missiles.

Yeah, I agree, Madara with both rinnegan sure will got fire power higher than Nagato plus his sage mode and his chakra, he also can absorb chakra

Madara with Rinnegan but without juubi, will have a fire power equal to normal bijuu dama explosion that can destroying all konoha

But with juubi power, it sure can reach fully charge bijuu dama in explosion

Pein came from Amegakure, which appeared to be highly technological. Perhaps shurado conforms to whatever weapons the wielder knows of or is present in the world. Naruto does possess technology in the other nations as well. There was a shotgun in a shop in Konoha I believe, as well as radios, telephone poles, VCRs, steam engines and now skyscrapers. Hidan killed several people in his hot springs village and left because they had abandoned the shinobi system and were conforming to tourism. The movie Bonds I believe was written in part by Kishimoto and there is a highly technological nation in it with airships, guns and bombs as well, some of them derived from a long extinct civilization.
