There is no doubt that Naruto would feature in his son's movie. Taking a wild guess at the plot, I see Bolt trying to prove he doesn't care about his dad and/or trying to escape his shadow and become the Fire Shadow. Either way we're going to see the Hokage as a key element.
The Kakashi mini series is the novel series which is unlikely to be canon. Only the first novel is concentrated on Kakashi. Apparently there will be other stories on other characters. It looks like complete filler material. Kishi doesn't write novels. Maybe this is where we would see SasuSaku.
A SasuSaku movie would push Naruto into the back burner totally by concentrating on those two. Imagine if someone who doesn't watch Naruto walked into that theatre and saw the movie rolling. He's gonna ask, 'Where's Naruto?' and people around him are gonna be like 'Er...er...er...eating ramen. Shut up we're watching Sakura cry'
No doubt these false rumors were sparked by the upcoming NaruHina movie. I say upcoming cuz we English speakers haven't watched it yet.
