Nothing but that he was nearly killed and had to be revived by Sakura.. Without using it once through out the entire movie.... And he always fight in his strongest available form.

Bold: No, he doesn't. That's only if the opponent is clearly stronger than him. No one always fight using their most powerful abilities. Not even Naruto himself does that. I am pretty sure your assertions got proven wrong. Based on the recent shit I'm reading, it seems that Toneri isn't as powerful as he was made out to be. Lol Sasuke wasn't even needed for that fight.

Anyway, they're probably equals. Just as Kishi intended it, just as it's been portrayed throughout the manga - two sides of the same coin, Yin/Yang, Sun/Moon, Light/Darkness... opposites, but also equal.

To answer your question.. IF Naruto keep his powers he will be stronger.. Sasuke having one arm hurts him a lot more than people want to admit... It means that he would have to continueously use the rinnengan to replace his arm... What if he ran low on chakra and couldn't maintain a taxing jutsu like the rinnengan??

In the movie Naruto seems as if he has lost Rikudou Mode and Truth Seeking balls, He goes into regular KCM and can at most probably enter BCM.

But Sasuke never lost his rinnegan so he still has everything.
