Jimbe coverstory

For those who may have missed it, Jimbe entered an underground ocean area where we could see a barrel with similar writings as the one we saw during the Thriller Bark Saga:

This is the barrel in question(notice the writings are similar):

And according to Nami, this barrel is used by travellers as a way to secure their safety during their voyage, sending their offerings to guardian deties of the sea

Also remember that a short while after the ending of the sage, we saw a monster hiding behind the mist(dwarfing the thriller bark itself):

Questions

Do you think Jimbe is currently near the florian triangle? Do you think the shadow has a close relationship with the monster we didn't manage to witness at the time? Is he the supposed god taking all the offerings made by travellers? Is he the one responsible for all those disappearance of pirates(and their battleships) during all those centuries?

On a side note, notice that on the cover story, the first thing Jimbe think about is a fish. Maybe the shadow itself is a giant fish? A giant fishman? Or is there any chance it was Wadatsumi instead? Remember he was supposed to evacuate the fishmen island unlike his other allies:

What do you think? Either way, Jimbe's cover story may start to become interesting. Would really be a good plot-wise if we finally had some good infos concerning that mysterious creature from the Thriller Bark's saga

There's a member of other site notice me about one small doubt about this theory.

The one mysterious thing that we saw in Florian, was too gigantic, like 10 times bigger than the Thriller Bark itself. But on this week's cover page, it seemed smaller. Some fans theorised that was the catfish's parent, getting angry for not being able to find its lost child. hmm

Yeah i noticed the massive size difference as well but who knows? Maybe we're only seeing the shadow from Jimbe's cover story from a bad angle not allowing to identify the entire thing or there is more onto the actual size of the monster from the florian triangle, or it could be a relative

Wadatsumi is tiny compared to Thriller Bark

I'd say it's Sanjuan Wolf (unlikely) or a member of his family/species of super giant
