Naruto's attack was infused with the strongest Senjutsu in the entire manga. That's what stopped Madara from regenerating. That's why he absorbed the God Tree. Notice he wasn't regenerating as he was lying on the floor after Naruto's attack, but he was regenerating from Gai's attack. Gai's didn't have any Senjutsu.

Did you just selectively read what I said?
I said that Madara had to absorb the God Tree to regenerate. Hence why when he absorbed it, he was regenerated. The scans before that prove he didn't regenerate after the YFRS.
And no, Madara has a weaker Rin'negan and Senjutsu in comparison to Naruto and Sasuke.
Sasuke's Rin'negan has everything Madara's has, but it also retains his Sharingan abilities and he has Amenotejikara. And the recent data book explicitly stated that Naruto's Senjutsu surpasses Juubi Jinchuriki Madara. Case in point.

Mangascans are above none VIZ translated databook, Madara has exact the same Senjutsu as Naruto and his Doujutsu is above Sasuke's with Limbo and another eye on his forehead

juubito was nerfed no rinnegan use 
narutos clone attack that he used against kaguya would solo. the bijuus would come out. naruto already cut down the shinju so a 4juubi blast that takes times can be cut down.

Naruto and Sasuke beat him with ease and Naruto doesn't need his Ashura avatar and Sasuke does't need the Bijuu's. Both Naruto and Sasuke were owning Madara left and right before he got both his Rinnegan and that time Madara was already significantly stronger than Juubito.

Naruto entered his Sage Mode after getting Rikudo's Power, and was pushing Madara back, the same Madara who is superior to Obito.
Naruto and Sasuke each got half of Hagoromo's power, then Sasuke took the Bijuu and Naruto took all that Nature Energy. They'd stomp Obito individually. They'd stomp even before the final power ups.

Juubito is below Madara as Juubi jin in power level as stated by Minato about power difference when Madara arrived infront of Minato, Kakashi, and Obito/BZ
And RS Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke able to match Rikudou Madara with one rinnegan
That mean is not to fat fetched to say that they both can outdone Juubito and extract Bijuus
But if we take to one on one situation,
RS Naruto having good enough power to out matched Juubito and extract bijuus power as he dont need to sealed him because Obito is not Juubi like Kaguya but just a juubi jin.
