All good points. I think that because Hinata married and bore children outside the Hyuga Clan no longer makes her qualified for Clan Leader; and being the GF, Fiance, wife of the leaf's hero (Naruto) I don't think the Hyuga could object to having his bloodline. If Hinata no longer holds that title, Hanabi automatically gained the title and her cursed seal (if she even had it) was removed after. Which would satisfy the story line and support all the activity in the Last movie and chapter 700.
I know this is going into something that probably doesn't matter in the over all scheme of things but I still wonder about all these unanswered questions.

Hanabi is the leader of the Hyuga now, Hinata is the Matriarch of the Uzumaki Clan.

I think there will no longer be a "main" house or a "branch" house anymore, it will just become one clan so to speak. I also think the bird cage seal will no longer be used, due to there being no "main" or "branch" house anymore. Also from what I remember, Hinata was considered a failure by her father and the elder. So the right to be clan leader was passed onto Hanabi, but from what I have read Hanabi looses her eyes in The Last. If this is true it begs the question, is she still capable of being the clan leader?

Yes Hanabi is a branch member, but from what we have seen his father is pretty flexible and isn't as stubborn as his predecessors. Plus he care for both his girls, doubt he i going to brand her.

No. Hanabi is a main house member. :|

No she is not, she is the second born child making her automatically a branch member that has to protect her older sister.

Why do you think Hiashi and Hizashi were in two different branches even though their parents were from the main branch, go read the manga again and pretty late response Bantos, next time I'm not answering.

Hanabi got Her eyes back at the end and is still clan head.

The ceremony is done normally when a child is between 3 and 4 Hinata’s father postpone the decision indefinitely sines He is against the seal because of His twin brother having had it. The seal makes the branch family slaves. How would you like your father branding you? And making you a slave?

Hinata's father used the cursed seal on Neji when he tried to use it on Hinata when they were younger. I don't think that He was against the seal. I think he was very traditional. Although he chose to turn himself in for killing another clans emissary and not the Branch house (his brother). In public he tries to show the strength and traditions of the Hyuga and privately he will sacrifice his life for his family. Whatever the case, I think the ninja culture in Naruto's reign changed to extinguish most of the "evils" of the ninja world.

Hinata’s father had a change of hearth after Neji lost to Naruto remember? It even more change after the added in the anime the rescue by Neji and Hinata’s Father of Hinata during the Chuning exam. As for the seal it seems to be permanent for Neji sines acting after the exam would have merit having it remove and we have never had anyone have it removed except in fan fiction only.

Hinata would be the main branch. Hanabi was considered as a short time when Hinata was young and did not show promise. She was restored as heiress after the Pain arc and can be seen in 700 and The Last (at least in the scenes I have seen) as the head of the clan.

I thought he had a change of heart in telling Neji what happened to his father after the lose to Naruto. But the fact that he was willing to die for his clan over the incident showed his devotion to his brother. He recognized that Neji would have been a greater clan leader than Hinata and Hinabi, but chose to stick with tradition and follow his bloodline.

Well, it over Hanabi is Clan Head and Hinata dose not have a seal nor do Her Children, so something change sines if you go by tradition Hinata marring outside the Clan should had had Her sealed before the Marriage. Throw the Villain did call Her the Byakugan Princess indicating Her eyes are the beast in the Hyuga Clan and it was Hinata and Naruto’s power combine their chakra that saved the day and the World.

Hmm... I didn't consider that marrying outside the clan would merit the cursed seal. That does make sense under the Byakugan protection rule. There are way too many holes that can be filled by simply saying that Naruto and Hinata convinced the Hyga clan to abolish the main/branch house.
