Minato is underrated? The guy is one of the most overwanked guys in the Naruto world.

Underrated would be Third Raikage (dude's a beast) and Tobirama.

Minato most overrated? He is the ONLY person we have seen so powerful without Kekkei Genkai, AND he is the most fastest ninja ever without Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinengan etc. Learn how to read the manga.

Hard to say. I think they're all pretty solid, although Ay seemed to be heavily overshadowed by Oonoki and Tsunade in the fight with Madara. He also got caught in his genjutsu when he was supposed to be about as fast as Minato, showed off his power at the summit, was feared by his people, and made high commander of the alliance. I'd say he's probably one of the most overrated. Minato isn't overrated in skill and power, but in character, yes, he comes off a bit too gary stuish. We didn't get anything from his origins, he was also a goody goody two shoes with no anguish, etc.

Hiruzen is probably the most underrated. Kishimoto didn't give him a lot of airtime, yet he was a great character and kicked ass against Orochimaru, the edo kages, the shinju and spiral zetsu. Tsunade is another. People label her as a bad character just because she's a healer...-_- I like her as a character and fighter. She's wise, dynamic, fast, powerful, intelligent, sympathetic, relates to Naruto and plays being the matriarch of the series very well.

I agree with all this completely, Minato certainly is incredibly strong that doesn't have KKG or from a prestigious clan.
