why peoples really concern if Sarada, Bolt and Himawari not awaken any eyes power?

There are quite many characters in NV is thriving without having any eyes power even their MC characters

What, without eyes power, a characters is just a fodder even if they are MC childs?

-Tobirama is powerful and intelligent and creating many jutsu, I dont see any special eyes shinobi creating new jutsu
-Minato is very proficiant in FTG and Space time barrier, also created rasengan
-Hiruzen is master every Konoha jutsus and all elements
-Might Gai although not using chakra much, but having very powerful technics that can rival Juubi Jin
-Tsunade is good at medical jutsu ang having strong chakra and body
-Ohnoki, he can fly, jinton
-Muu, he can fly, jinton, invisible rtc
-Jiraiyaand many more

It seem like eyes is not the medium to be stronger only

This anime would of been more complex/interesting if i was just ninjas with weapons, and sometimes element ninjutsu, taijutsu, and itachi solos ur fav genjutsu.

I kinda want them to awaken them OP. I want to see Gentle Fist+Shadow clone and Lion Fist+Rasengan. I would like to see Salad be a top tier genjutsu user like her mom was supposed to be. If she awakened the sharingan she'd be pretty dang good at that.
