When you are reading any manga using Narutobase manga reader, you can bookmark the page you want to come back later. When you check Mybase you will see the list of all the bookmarks you saved and you can find the page quickly to continue reading. It's pretty handy if you reading more than one manga- it's like a personal manga list as well as a quick link to find the right page.

Mangabase reader doesn't have it - yet. I think it's because the bookmarks can be seen at NB profile only.
