Pain defeats all bar Hashirama and Naruto. With Minato and Tobirama as high diff tho.

Without it, he would lose to strong kages in pars characters and possibly every individual hokage (excluding Hiruzen).

For the idiots that think the Gedo statue would make a difference, Gedo is useless and negged with Tori gates, which pinned down the Juubi,until it split apart into mini variants (Katsuyu style) something the Gedo Statue cannot do.

Pain wins. Minato isn't a good match up for someone like Deva/Preta.

No one can beat Pain with no intel unless they are a few tiers above him overall to a point where intel just doesn't matter.

Paths easily take them down. Preta absorbs Jinton and Basho pulls them in even if they are in the sky.

Making them heavy probably wont do anything to the paths since they are dead bodies and Nagato is already having them walk around as dead weight.

Because none of Pain have anything in their arsenal to completely stop Minato.

Minato will be limited on his chakra though. He does not have the chakra to take down all 6. If he summons all those toads, its going to take a giant toll on his chakra reserve.

He only needs Bunta and Gamaken to deal with the summons. Then the Pains begin dropping one by one.
