What does Sarada knowing who her father is have to do with whether he and Sakura had a one night stand or not being married?

What does the series being a shounen have to do with Sasuke and his family structure? I bet if I typed there would be a movie dedicated to how NaruHina became canon you'd tell me to kick rocks bc "it's shounen" and shounen series don't make movies about romance, right?

Naruto has clearly moved well into the 21st century in terms of technology in chapter 700. Who's to say Kishi would be against moving the family structure into the 21st century too? We have an interracial couple. Why not a single mother too?

Furthermore, shounen with kids conceived out of wedlock wouldn't be unheard of. Trunks was conceived by Vegeta and Bulma out of wedlock as a result of "a night of passion", according to the english dub, and Gon from Hunter X Hunter's father was absentee- though he watched over him from afar (which I suspect Sasuke would do with Sarada if he ends up really being absent most of the time in part 3).

Well, to be more accurate, he said he'll be writing about their relationship. He said nothing about "marriage".

Hopefully he'll manage to scrape together a halfway decent story to make this situation halfway digestible.

FMA also had the absent father trope. Shonen also sometimes feature attempted rape like Rosario+Vampire for example. Even Nick's Avatar had Zuko and Azula be products of rape.

They didn't had kids. Karin is the biological mother. She died after giving birth. Despite how powerful her life force is, it is still possible to die from giving birth. Sakura ended up taking care of Sasuke's kid because she will do anything for him.

How the hell can Karin die from childbirth when she is an Uzumaki.
