Why do people consider the novelization of the movie the last 18+???

A lot of the fans are older now since they grew up with it.

Ok? It's still aimed at a younger audience. Some people grew up with the series, some are new fans.

My point is that since a majority of the fans are older and more than likely have checked people out as well and had intercourse that type of content is actually pretty tame. Clearly it's not aimed at a "younger audience". There are different types of anime series and one of which is the type with a main character created for people to grow up with and develop an emotional attachment to =naruto. Hence why he grew older throughout the series and was eventually shown as a teenager, a young adult, and an adult with kids. With that being said people are already used to that type of behavior. Even if they aren't no one was squabbling when he was drooling over a chick in lingerie in the second episode.
