Call of Duty World At War II Leaked?

A recent post over on 4chan from somebody claiming to be a ex employee of Treyarch has supposedly leaked information pertaining to a sequel to Call Of Duty World At War. The disgruntled employee claim that they were recently fired from Treyarch, the company behind Call Of Duty Wold At War, but before leaving they managed to swipe some confidential files from the offices.

Treat this strictly as rumor until we can confirm whether or not the source is legitimate. The post read:

"Hello 4Chan
I'm an ex employee of Treyarch, the AAA game company responsible for developing on out of three call of duty games.

Recently, I was let 'let go'. Before my last day at work however ... I pulled a few files the company doesn't want the public to see just yet."

He or she then went on to ask " Who wants to see them?"

According to his information Amazon have also leaked the cover for the game which has since been taken down and can no longer be viewed.

The user has also posted what looks like the official release poster for the games announcement.

The date on the image states May 4th which coincides with Sledgehammer's Advanced Warfare date of the first official reveal of the game.

The user also claims to have the final logo draft for the game and a early box art.

Now if all of the above is true, it looks like Treyarch will be making a sequel to 2008’s World at War.
Would you be excited to see a return to the franchise ?

I've seen it already a week ago. And hope it will become the next cod. I loved WAW best story multiplayer setting and weapons/factions. But it is so quiet i couldn't find a thing about it on YouTube. So it might be fake.

They can never remake a classic, but IDK. I don't play CoD anymore. It's a milked series that has no drastic changes and tends to copy every GOTY so it can be seen as a GOTY.

Much like CoD: AW copying Titanfall

Who's that dumb to risk serving some jail time for leaking information thats meant to be kept in the dark.
Along with showing off some of the cover art and the poster for the announcement of the game that could have been used.

I'm a Halo guy. The best FPS that revolutionized FPS's on consoles and the best FPS that made MLG what it is today.

I'm also a Halo guy, but Halo 3 was the last great Halo game IMO, Halo 4 had a Cod-like gameplay which moved away from one of the reasons I loved halo since 2003. The quotes were utterly horrible in halo 4, another reason the Halo franchise was my favourite, Becuase of it's thrilling and well voiced quotes and dialogues. I hope Halo 5 brings back the same feel Halo 2 did. Halo 2 will always be my favourite FPS of all time.. Nuff said.

Nowadays it's just copying shit games to make even more shittier games. No originality.

Unfortunately it has come to me and my fellow members at another forum that this shit is fake.

So it has recently be proven that all rumors, leaks, misleads, and pictures are fake! As cool and as real as they look, there all fake. I wouldn't of expected it but, I guess it is what is proven. I think many people would be devasted now to find something they thought they knew is fake. I mean you can't always believe what you hear or find out on the internet. I guess we will find out more at the official release of whatever this new call of duty shall or will actually be named. And for a moment there, I actually did believe this whole game leak was for real, and was truly interested in it. Look below at the proof.
