the reason why the sage of the six paths choose ashura to be his succesor was because he wanted ashura to continue teaching ninshuu to the folks, but that made indra jealous and started the brothers feud that naruto and sasuke broke but at the end the reason why all this started got forgotten, that is teaching people ninshuu, i think kishi should have focused more on this instead of so much fanservice with the pairings

It would have been nice to show that ninshu won in the end, I guess we sort of got that through the peace that was established, but nothing really has said/told of the success of ninshu.

It wasn't forgotten; that's basically what Sasuke is travelling the word to understand.

These were Madara's words about ninshuu:
Listen, this chakra that the six paths dispersed... Was meant to be a linking power. Something that would connect the mental energies between people... So all could understand each other's hearts without words, and lead to peace and stability.

And this is what Sasuke said about his journey in 699:

Ninshuu was abandoned because it was proven that, despite Hagoromo being someone that desired peace, HUMANITY was not ready for ninshuu. People will find reasons to war, and as the world has already gone through many thousands of years of being a ninja world, it cannot suddenly become a ninshuu world. Why would the people of the world decide to throw away their ability to mold chakra in themselves (the only way to weaponize it) for the sake of being able to connect to people around them?

Hagoromo chose Naruto because he was the best chance of peace out of everyone else there. He was not trying to bring back ninshuu, but rather chose Naruto who uses ninjutsu but happens to be an advocate of peace. Ninshuu is not possible at this point, so a ninja that whose words and actions achieved the same results. Naruto united the world, not only with his chakra (represented by giving the entire army his chakra cloak) but with his character. That is the best Hagoromo had to work with. There was nothing wrong with not bringing back ninshuu in my opinion.

What do you think?

i think you may be onto something with what you said, but kishi made it seem like he forgot about it instead of doing it intentionally but i kinda agree with what you said

Nishuu was a dud since it didn't stop Idra from going to war with his family for ages. There is more to conflicting than understanding each other and hatred.
