-Diedara only defeated Gaara because he had to protect his village. And samehada would literally cut through the chakra that holds the puppets up. Sasori's puppets also wouldn't withstand a GSB if it gets to that point, a 100 would be useless as they'll all be absorbed. Not to mention a water dome, which could also weaken explosions.

-Gaara's sand should be more than capable of getting sasori. Deidara may be harder to get due to being more swift in air. But Gaara has proven to be capable if catching him. And with A powerhouse named Kisame, your points have been proven wrong.

-Kisame could avoid to bombs two possible ways:

1. If the bomb may actually touch him before exploding, samehada would absorb the explosive chakra. Or heal him from any non-vital damage. Remember daytime tiger?
2. Water sharks, they could simply devour the bombs, due to the sharks being made up of chakra, the explosion would weaken as if blew from the jutsu.

Now for Sasori's poison, water makes that useless, let's move that out the way. And if it didn't get Sakura while being controlled by Chiyo, I doubt it could get Gaara who's constantly protected by sand. I'm just wondering if a puppet like Sasori could breathe in water xD. With the ability to change an entire battlefield and move greatly across water with ease, Kisame is aquatic hell.

Sasori can spam 100 puppets, but we've got a Kisame. Diedara could flood the area with bombs, but we've got a Gaara. Plus Sasori best should not be using ninjutsu.

Team 1 mid diffs. Kisame stomps Sasori, and a bloodlusted Gaara would hold his own with Deidara, and possibly win. Either way, Kisame and Gaara together would obviously stomp Deidara.
