so Who do you think would win ?

I believe it would be Hebi Sasuke as he had more chakra then MS Sasuke, and can outlast him if MS Sasuke uses final form Susanoo.

Hebi Sasuke is faster then MS Sasuke, so he would avoid anything MS Sasuke throw at him, Genjutsu would be out of question and Orochimaru rebirth technique to escape Amaterasu or Enton: Kagatsuchi

MS Sasuke has nearly every technique Hebi has with the exception of Orochimaru related abilities and the cursed seal. That's the only advantage he has, yet Sasuke with just a rib cage is going to make most of the absolute.

Oral Rebirth was confirmed to take large amounts of chakra to use. So, comparing a Sasuke who can casually command and spawn Amaterasu, to a Sasuke who can only counter it with Oral Rebirth, a technique he can't use a freely is already an edge for MS.

The cursed seal is similar to the MS in that it sucks the persons chakra as in use. Meaning, stamina wise they're in the same boat as well.

At the end of the day, Hebi's increased basic offensive techniques such as a chidori or greater durability is useless when Sasuke replaced both things with abilities from his MS. Amaterasu and Enton is a greater offensive power, and Susano'o is tiers above CM durability. Let's not even factor in the arrows.

Hebi is likely faster due to the CM2 boost, but the fact of the matter is that it shouldn't be that great to do much at all to MS here.

Yes, but who's to say MS doesn't use Kirin instead? And, Senjutsu infused? Kirin is a natural technique only guided by Chakra, IIRC. It won't be chakra infused at all. He's not escaping MS's line of sight, not unless he flies at V2 Ay speeds.

Lmao, him never using it again doesn't mean he deems it worthless. He was in side some cover for two battles, Kage summit/Kabuto fight. Against Killer Bee, he would of needed Amaterasu, which he awoke in that battle and was just not even skilled enough in. And against the Juubi jins, are you really going to waste time trying to heat up the environment for a lightning bolt when people are tossing TBBS around.

He never met an ideal situation to use it again, and he had other techniques that provided a good enough offensive ability while being much quicker. I.E. Amaterasu. Regardless, assuming he doesn't use it. Susano'o tanks it.

But Akatsuki Sasuke (the one that fought against Killer Bee) is arguably weaker than him.
