Another reason could be that they have problems with the English Sub (confirmed that will be English Sub in Phillipines). Let's end this, for myself I do want something about Sasuke after 699... Not a movie, just some fillers. I'm not a fanboy or something I just want some good action from every character, especially the main characters.

I heard it was because of the bad weather. Nothing about the movie in general, but I may be wrong.
