And obsesses over him for years, not batting an eye at her own cousin who's obviously traumatized, has little to no closure with her sister or father and by the end of it all, the only different she has from when she started out is that she now is with the guy. She's exactly the same, maybe a little outspoken but really that's not much.

Kisame respected Deidara when he died. He thought well enough to think of Itachi in his own last moments. The respect and admiration he held for Itachi was high. Kisame not following Itachi's personal life style doesn't mean he spat on his memory. They're different people, and long before this Kisame committed to IT, that was his goal and a chance for him to find his place in this world. That was his "Becoming Hokage,".

Not having them sympathize over his death is irrelevant. It was a mutual understanding between Kisame and Obito, they shared a goal and were on positive terms it seemed, but obviously that's where the relationship between the two stopped.

Hinata had plot points such as those, yet they never were addressed. Instead whenever she was on screen, her time used was likely to remind us she loved Naruto. That is why she was a bad character. Her entire being revolved around Naruto. Take him out, and she's nothing.

No, that doesn't make Kisame a good character. Reread everything else in my previous few posts which explains why Kisame is a decent character. I am not saying he's the best, but Hell. He has somethings going for him.

What we first saw from Kisame was a ruthless member of a terrorist organization,and in the end we see him as a Shinobi who was tired of the Shinobi worlds lies,who was so loyal that he would kill his teamates inorder to keep secret info about his country from going to the enemies hands.We saw that he was very loyal,he even sacraficed his own life so the enemy wouldn't find out his comrades plan. This is the epitome of self sacrifice,we haven't seen self sacrifice on a level this high since Itachi,who everyone loves.

No, I said that Tobi not caring on a personal level doesn't matter. I never said it added to him.

So, she doesn't have much development and relies entirely on Naruto to even have things to say? Kisame is a side character, too. Hell, Itach technically is as well. Kabuto sure as Hell is one, and he's one of the better written characters in the manga. Side character excuse doesn't cut it. Her relationship with Naruto was never really built, either.
