K,A has shown it can even work on Edo with that being said Shisui could control Tobirama's edo's and make the blow team Senju to pieces... Or he could just use it on Hashirama and have him defeat his own team either way Uchiha's takes this without any difficulty...​

I didn't want to include Tsunade actually, as it would handicapping the senju because Uchiha have multiple people with 1 shot genjutsu techniques (tsukuyomi and Kotoamatsukami)

Shisui is the only real threat, due to his KA, the uchihas win mainly because of the fact that he KA's hashirama

aisde from KA, Hashirama alone pulverises everyone in the uchiha bar obito, with SS, whilst tobirama schools Obito,

If Tobirama can take out Shisui before he uses KA then Team Senju wins if not Shisui uses KA on Hashirama and makes him turn on his own team.
