Out of all base hokages, Minato has the fastest body flicker. He essentially controls the range of engagement, and will be the only one landing hits. Sad thing is, if summoning on both parties and FTG were restricted, base Minato could win against either of them with nothing more than his kunais. Also, master of sealing jutsu VS a jutsu based on a seal. Wounder how that'd turn out.
In addition, Minato has the reverse contract seal, gg Katsuyu. It's not like they'll not be hit by Minato in this fight. Even if he couldn't, giant summons have a time limit.
Tsunade and Sakura could hide inside Katsuyu and Minato wouldn't be able to do shit to them. But you may be right about the time limit. That's something that could give Minato the win.

Does it really matter if Minato can slash or rasengan them? He has to retreat at the same moment he appears or else he will be done for.
Tsunade on the other hand can take anything Minato has to offer.

How did she react at the speed of light? She got teleported to the battlefield, and then attacked Madara, which failed mind you. Where does she react to light speed here? The element of surprise was with her and her initial landing on the battlefield was not shown in the manga. Your proposition pretty much says she's = to Ay in reflexes as they progressed simultaneously. Yet, Minato completely schooled Ay who had to rely on Bee's back up, correct? Had Bee not intervened, he would have a Kunai up his ass.

Her speed and reaction time is underrated.

As much as I love Minato and think he is awesome, Sakura and Tsunade's self healing is a big problem for him here. I mean there could be a chance because of his FTG and because he is so skilled, but Tsunade and Sakura can continue to self heal themselves. A hit from Tsunade or Sakura would end this, though there is almost no way either of them will be able to land a hit on Minato because be can just FTG away. I might give it to Minato in the end because Tsunade and Sakura might just end up depriving themselves of chakra by overusing their forbidden healing technique. Also if Tsunade or Sakura stop using the forbidden healing technique then Minato can kill them.
