Well isn't this a dumb question? Lol, because the anime and light novels are insanely popular and rack in high profits. It's really not that hard to figure out.

People who don't read the LN have expected this season to be action-packed just like the previous one, hence the disappointments.

I was disappointed with the GGO arc as well, but I got myself aboard the feel train in this episode. :T_T:
