Hello guys, I would like to prove the title of thread with this post, so let's do it.

We know the huge hype around Spiritual weapons of Itachi which Itachi wields. Yes, I am talking about Yata Mirror and Totsuka blade.

Both weapons were stated as spiritual/etheral weapons:

There was years since Databook III came out giving such ridiculous hype to these weapons wielded by Itachi, so even Itachi himself was called invincible. When the most of other fans questioned Itachi fans if Preta Path or some other techniques would work on them Itachi fans always denied it stating that these are SPIRITUAL WEAPONS.

However Recently I reread war arc of the manga and I stopped at this particular scan:

However Nagato used Human path or Naraka path to pull soul out of Naruto's body, but Naruto could grab it with his chakra arms and even able to resist or pull them back, right ?

Soul is spirit/ethereal matter and yet it was proved chakra arms could grab it, it means that spirit/ethereal matter is special kind of chakra in some form at least ?

It means Totsuka and Yata Mirror aka spiritual weapons being manifested with use of chakra of user along with Susanoo. It could mean Preta path would absorb them in chakra form making wielder unable to bring them back until he has enough of chakra.

It also means Totsuka can be grabbed and basically anyone with strength above Complete Susanoo could lock Totsuka making Itachi unable to pierce and seal him/her.

All Ootsutsuki memebers of clan mentioned by me are much faster then Itachi, and with Goudama capable being shaped into hands:

^^ chakra construct can be grabbed, considering that goudama hands may came in contact with Susanoo also then Susanoo will nulified and Itachi will be open for attack.

Kaguya could also use chakra arms to lock Totsuka then grab Yata and rip it from Susanoo grip.

Summary: Anyone with Susanoo, Chakra cloak in any form, with strength on par or above Complete Susanoo, speed reaction time of Itachi or above and durability above Yasaka Magatama + resistance to occular Genjutsu, which means:

Kaguya, Hagoromo,Hamura, Ashura, Indra, Madara, Naruto, Sasuke, Obito(if Susanoo is counted) + maybe Nagato could beat Itachi with his all hype of Totsuka and Yata. Of course knowledge on it is crucial and necessary.

To beat Itachi you need:

• Intel, being faster,having chakra form limbs to grab Totsuka, have strength to lock Totsuka in grip, having enough chakra to outlast Itachi while using some jutsu, being immune or almost immune of occular genjutsu, durability above multiple attacks of Yasaka Magatama + could have attack powerfull enough to bust Complete Susanoo

• INTEL, Being super fast and having way to end Itachi in one attack before he can react, genjutsu resistance recomended
  
  or
  
• INTEL, having hax to pass through them, supperior reaction time and fast powerfull attack enough to End Itach's life in one attack

Without Intel Itachi can beat them also, ONLY IF HE HIT THEM WITH TOTSUKA FIRST, that it Lol, good luck with it

To beat Itachi you just need to avoid his attacks until he exhausts his poor stamina via Susano'o and/or dies of Ninja AIDS.

but it is, as proved by scans above. Nagato was under control of Kabuto until he was pierced.

The moment he got pierced we may got two scenario:

1) once pierced you can not do anything besides being sealed, which is stated by databook

or

2) Nagato knows that if he got out of the sealing process, Kabuto would took control over him again and force him to fight them, considering that he was good guy, he wanted to avoid it all cost.

It's virtually impossible to surpass the Otsutsuki by normal means, and it is to surpass Kaguya unless one were to make another fruit.

None of the Otsutsuki are Shinobi, on top of that they pretty much shit over everyone; all Shinobi.
They messed with the power scaling.
They are aliens in a story pertaining the theme of Shinobi.

They're my reasons for my opinion.

@ bold part, is true, but it doesn't not mean perticulary in strength/power, it may be skills or even not battewise but more about mind, nakama power etc.
Still Hagoromo could perform handseals no problem and even Minato was in awe how it works who himself can perform handseals very good.

but it required enought speed/reaction time and most likely sensing because it may be near impossible to absorb fast moving object, don't you think ?

and that only when you know from where it is comming at you, because if you don't you would have to keep barier activated with chakra vacuum before Totsuka enter it...
