That wasn't plot hole considering Sakura utilized Byakugan's blind spot (even though the blind spot is really, really small). But it was a huge PIS, ie Plot Induced Stupidity

Sanji dying from nosebleed was PIS as well. But that didn't involve the final villain. Kishi literally let a fodder punch the final villain for fanservice. Jokes are good but that was ridiculous
