My Top 10 are on there except for Clannad, Monster, and FLCL. The latter two are all-timers, but the first might be a little subjective based on your taste (it's a high school rom/com, but it's very funny and extremely sad).

EDIT: Oh yeah, and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya! Fantastic high school comedy with awesome characters
