For me, it is:-

1. Kishi never reveal Kaguya back stories

2. Kaguya is an Alien

3. Madara never revived to replaced Kaguya

4. Minato never growing his hand again

There have been a few minor things that I guessed right, for instance my brother and I wrote a parody story once where Hashirama was acting kind of silly, we did it before he was Edoed in the manga, and it turned out to be sort of true, same for his relationship with Madara; also, I assumed some character ages and other stuff that was confirmed by the fourth databook.

Transmigration can happen at any point in a characters life (sort of proven though Obito entering Kakashi)

Madara was responsible for Rin's death

Minato would give the other half of kurama to Naruto

Sage mode would be combined with Kyuubi mode

Gedou Mazo was the 10tails body

Naruto would gain the ability to fly(though i thought he'd use his wind chakra)
