Why is it Sasuke is the most interesting character in the new movie?

I give no shit about the NaruHina stuff. Fanserviceto the max. Only two things interest me, Naruto's golden rasengan and Sasuke. By the looks of it Sasuke only get 15 seconds of fame and its more interesting than the entire concept of the movie.

I'd like to see the NaruHina thing but that's not what I only want to see.
I'd like to see how Sasuke and Sakura act, along with all the rest of the ninjas. If they learn anything new and just the interactions between everyone is.

I think what makes it so interesting is that we always knew that Naruto would succeed and end up as Hokage, Sasuke's ending isn't as definitive. What we can imply from chapter 700 is that Sasuke somehow managed to develop a romantic bond with Sakura of some sort and produced a child while at the same time even several years later seems to still be working towards his "redemption". I always imagined Sasuke traveling to each nation working to atone for his sins by providing aid in anyway he could. IMO the redemption of Sasuke's character, his character transformation from this avenger to eventual hero of the Naruto (while likely not being recognized for it) is a much better story then Naruto's. In this upcoming mini series in the spring I hope there's increased emphasis on the relationship of sasuke and sakura and what Sasuke is up to
