The end of the search for Tsunade and Sai and Sasuke arcs since they didn't really advance the plot and were mostly just character driven.

Several Edo tensei fights were short and one-dimensional, while others were just discarded.

Kaguya being the final villain rather than Orochimaru or Madara like most wanted and like what seemed foreshadowed.

All the Kages surviving.
