Did he just fail steal the powers of monk? This means this monk is already in bankai otherwise they cant use their sealing isnt it?

He stole Yamamoto's bankai with medallion.
But that make me wonder, does Yhwach has to do something with medallion??
@bold, what you said right their is not his shikai power, its his regular power before shikai. His shikai ability is simple when the ink touch anything, that thing loses its name and power.... so ya :l ****ING OP HAX POWER!!!!!! and he controls as it seems all darkness in the world LMAO.
That's not exactly true. While there is possibility, that it's his base powers, I really doubt that. Because he use ink and he also used ink after his zanpakuto changed form. If it was his pre shikai form, than Ichibei shouldn't be able to use ink, just like how Aizen can't use KS without releasing or Yama using flames.
While he used it before saying name of zanpakuto, it's likely his partial version of shikai, Zaraki and Yumichika showed usage of partial shikais as well.
Hard to say. They aren't transcended shinigami, so I would still put dangai ichigo and Hogyoku Aizen forms above them .
Simply because they are so strong they aren't affected by weaker shinigami
Weaker shinigami (Gin) was able to affect Transcedent (Aizen).
