itachi dealing with all of those puppets is a stress but I feel like he can take him out with genjustu because even though it may not seem like it, sasori has a chakra source (his heart) so itachi can still affect him xd definitely kisame would give hiim a run for his money. I couldn't see Tsunade fighting him but yeah it would be tough, mei would probably cover in lava since he's slow xd gaara could win if he gets a hold of gai early on XD

Genjutsu effects the brain though doesn't it, it's not just the chakra nature, because everything has chakra(nature energy for sage mode) and you can't go putting a tree in a genjutsu but you could put an animal.

But the Susano'o doesn't make him invincible we've seen ways around Susano'o and Itachi's is no different without Yata. The Yata is what invoked that declaration of invincibility. You're reading/quoting one sentence out of context, when you read the whole panel it says with the yata mirror for defense and the sword of totsuka for offense he's completely invincible; i.e. it's those two spirit weapons that make him invincible not his Susano'o.

But it still doesn't. That's an older chapter, we've seen now Gaara can remove a Susano'o user from within so it isn't invincible and yata, as far as we know, can't reach inside the Susano'o to stop the sand. He's not and his Susano'o is not invincible. you know who is though
