Your forgetting Madara manupilated the boy since he was 12-13 and ****ed up his mind with that Rin incident. Look at what he became while wearing the Akatsuki mask (If that was Zetsu my bad).

You do know Obito wasn't trying to kill Minato right? He let Kakashi lived and was only trying to keep Minato out the way. Kushina had Kurama which Obito needed for IT so there was no other way. Same for Yagura. Itachi killed just as much of the Uchihas, in fact Itachi asked him to help him if he doesn't attack Konoha then end up joining Akatsuki protect Sasuke and Konoha. Obito was being "Madara" means he would have hatred toward the Uchiha's and Obito had to do everything Madara had too. Obito was after Danzo and took out Torune and his Yamanak pal since they were enemies and anyone in Anbu root are shaded people either way. Edo Madara attacked HQ killing Ao, Shikaku, Inoichi, ect... The alliance were attacking the Juubi's mind (Obito and Madara) so Madara attacked the Alliance's "mind" as that's his twisted humor.

Naruto was the aim and Neji jumped in front of Naruto and Hinata instead of using rotation or air palm to try and deflect it. How did Obito kill 50, 000 people if the alliance only had 50,000 ninjas? It was 80,000 white Zetsus vs 50,000 alliance members. Obito was going to revive everyone who died in the war but Madara took control of him to revive himself (Madara). Also in Obito's mindset before, he didn't care about who he killed because he was going to bring them all back in IT but Naruto changed him and he was going to revive everyone.
