What was on the list?

You hear more about the good than the bad in most cases anyway.

Everything that is currently on Toonami lol

True.
What i meant to convey was that given the anime he mentioned i heard more positive things overall about them.
(Except Fairy Tail - I don't know a single friend or acquaintance that watches Fairy Tale let alone talk about it positively.)

Though to counter your argument i hear quite a bit about Attack on Titan and i find it boring beyond all measure :p

I don't have Toonami (different country/no pay TV). :| Meh. Lol

Yeah, fair enough. I found Tokyo Ghoul to be underwhelming and quite overrated. The last like 2 mins of the final episode were good though. Everyone has different tastes, but I think the more a show is hyped up the more your expectation, so when it doesn't meet that expectation (to you) you feel disappointed.

FMA brotherhood have the best ending in my opinion

I didn't find anything wrong with it,but,it was predictable and fairly standard given the genre its in.

I prefer the ending to the original anime series.
It was emotional,surprising and bittersweet.

That's arguably one of the worst arcs, I would have just skipped if I was you and continued with the main story.

It's too late for me at this point, I just can't seem to get into again. Maybe one day... Lol

I watched the first episode of Tokyo Ghoul and .....forgot about it lol
That last two minutes were interesting (Can't recall anything else from the episode now that you mention it (Is that good ? Or Bad ? lol)

I might give it a another chance.

Most definitely.
I went into Attack on Titan amazed at its theme song/animation and premise.
I finished the first season but,i can't stand Erin nor Mikasa she is so bland and Erin is always too hype(Angry)
Also nothing ever happens.
People die and "secrets" are revealed but there never significant nor does it ever bring you closer into the plot just more tethers for people to grab at.

I liken AOT to unanswered questions that will eventually be answered then to an actual mystery since you the reader/watcher don't do any deducting yourself nor can you.

Yes,more akin to a linear monorail track.

(starting to rant )

Tbh, there was too much crying, too much sobbing, too much talking, etc. I'd probably give it another chance for the sake of it only having 12 episodes, and it got that much better at the end which should make the next season more enjoyable. The Main char was a whiny ***** for most of it- for the lack of better words- and in the last two mins of the season finale does a complete 180 in personality. Lol

Agreed with that. I wish Mikasa wasn't so Eren everything either. It gets annoying. :| Half the time Eren gets all pissy he doesn't even accomplish anything either. Lol He's mainly talk until he transforms and even then... I am up to date with the manga and it's alright, but the chapter seems to drag out the plot. Thing don't just happen, it takes so long for something to happen. :|

Sorry lol
I haven't personally talk to much people who don't access to that channel

He mainly named shonen esque anime
And the more popular anime of CN like Code Geas and Death Note

Basically nothing that you won't find on the front pages of funimation.
