Can I get some opinions on this manga for those who have read it of course. I already know It's Masashi's little brother who wrote and whatnot, but I think I want to start buying the volumes, but I don't know how good it is. So do you highly recommend this series or what? Is it better than Naruto? (From what I hear it is, which is pretty cool)

It is the prototype story of Naruto. I would suggest reading it if you want to know where kishi took his inspiration from.

P.s: Many scenes are copied panel to panel in Naruto from 666 Satan.

U are misinformed very badly. It was 666 satan that took inspiration from Naruto not other way around. It started in 2001 while Naruto had started way back in 1999. His brother even admitted this.
Also their art is similar since they are brothers and use the same techniques of cinematography to represent action scenes.
OT: Its better than average. But better than Naruto?? No. U_U
U should give it a try though. U will see its similarity to Naruto in art and story telling. Its a story about an orphan just like Naruto. U_U
From the wiki.....
Jio Freed has a few similarities to Naruto Uzumaki, the main character of a hit manga series created by Masashi Kishimoto, the older brother of the 666 Satan author Seishi Kishimoto. Such similarites are as followed:
Both were shunned by others around them, but soon made many friends throughout their life.
Both carried demons inside, which granted them tremendous power when injured or scared.
The two of them both dreamed of becoming a ruler; Naruto wanted the be the leader of his village, and Jio dreamed of conquering the world.
