Since EMS Itachi PS has no feats and logic reasoning to be half of Madara's PS power, and Yata + Totsuka are tiers below Madara's PS as feats show, MS Madara would beat him comfortably. Let alone EMS Madara, who not even Rinnegan Sasuke or Rikudou Naruto can beat individually.
