As I have already proved using deductive arguments with no trace of fallacy Madara wins as he possesses both of their powers at the same time unlike Naruto and Sasuke who posses them separately. Furthermore Madara has the full potential of a Yin-Yang Rinnegan unlike Sasuke's Yin Rinnegan. Add in the fact that Madara also has obtained two Rinnegans which he can use to unleash the full power of Rikudo since he is the Futuarime Rikudo.

Madara wins mid diff and it won't be much of a fight.
