Yall know to use edo tensei, you have to have a living body and enough DNA from the person you want to revive to actually be able to perform the Jutsu. You can't just snap your fingers and summon them. Kabuto prepared for a while before the war to have all those edos at his disposal. No preparations, jariaya has this imo

Actually you can just snap your fingers and summon them once the Jutsu's been prepared. See Edo Deidara.
If you're arguing prep time, Jiraiya needs prep to learn Sage Mode and make his summoning contracts.

yeah and so does edo tensei. So when I'm saying prep time, I mean where the hell is orochimaru going to find a sacrifice in the middle of a fight? Jariaya has already proven he can defend himself long enough to go into safe mode. How's orochimaru going to defend himself or even have the time to go find a body and someone else's dna if there is no prep time.

He doesn't have to if he already has the body. He can summon and de-summon anyone as long as they're unsealed.
I get what you mean, but Edo Tensei only has to be prepared once, just like how Sage Mode and every other Jutsu has to be learned once.

Minato already having placed markings around the battlefield, that'd be unfair prep time.
