Tsunade would get flattened if she was fighting flashback Hiruzen, let alone Prime Hiruzen.
Hiruzen alongside Enama, was able to push an entity, which stands 306m and weights 992000 tons. People don't realize that this feat is an incredible, as Enma needed to generate so much force to push 100% Kurama. He accomplished this by a simple formula:

Enma's mass isn't that great, as he stands at the height of Kisame and his weight is assuming is balanced to his height; which should be 95kg-85kg. Anyway, he and Hiruzen needed to gain some distance and accelerate at high speed to generate this force. The greater the distance, the greater the result of the force. Obvious analogy used in car accidents.
PS's height is = 612m
The problem with PS's weight, is that it's nothing more than Chakra. Chakra, of course, has no weight or mass; thus makes it possible for us to conclude that Enma is able to smash through PS's defence.
That's the net force. if you take into account the friction , the staff would've exerted an even greater force. but just because the exerted force is great enough doesn't mean PS will be broken , as there are mechanical properties as well.

Translation: Hiruzen earned the title of professor for being a researcher. He was trained by both Hashirama and Tobirama, as the man that would succeed them. At a young age he showed greater talent than Tobirama. All five nature alterations, Hidden, Genjutsu, all ninjutsu existing in Konoha which explains his reputation as the professor. Hence the essence of Hiruzen is his talent with ninjutsu. Everyone in the village is his family member
