The fanfic one includes Gedou Mazou. Madara would have more Chakra than Sasuke so it's greater.
If you cross out the fanfic ones Sasuke is first and second. XD

What about it? I see nothing special in it, nor do I understand how you conclude rinne Madara's Rikudo Chakra>Sasuke's Rikudo chakra. Bijuu Sasuke's Susano has all the Bijuu chakra inside of it. Juubi Madara cannot extract the Bijuu into the Susano, so his SUsano only grows in size. Good thing Sasuke's Susano can fly.
