Hello guys, I would like to prove the title of thread with this post, so let's do it.
I will only mention these who can clean win on Itachi: BM Naruto and above, EMS Sasuke and above, DMS Obito without Rikudou chakra and above, Hagoromo, Kaguya, EMS Madara and above,
Now, let me explain how:
All mentioned by me characters are at least on par with Itachi at speed or reaction time (most are faster actually) so they can easily dodge or react to incomming attack as for example would be Totsuka blade thrust. Thanks to chakra shaped limbs they can grab blade and being basically stronger they can lock this blade movement in grip of that chakra arms.
Robbing Itachi of his most dangerous and hax offensive attack. Itachi is basically forced on defence. Sure he may try genjutsu or Yasaka Matagama which is his strongest offensive move, but all of them are immune or close to immune to occular genjutsu(have instant way to get out of it), while another attack is quite powerfull, sadly for Itachi most of characters can tank it or easily survive direct blow. Well there is also Amaterasu but it will do nothing as chakra cloak protect them.
Now Itachi is only forced on defence while runing out of chakra in fast way, yet it is possible that Yata Mirror will be also grabbed by them, as Itachi is attacked from other side, or they simply outlast him making him die for lack of chakra.
OF COURSE FOR THAT INTELLIGENCE is needed for that, or else they could try to use jutsu against it, or allow be accidently pierced while not knowing about it sealing properties.
To beat Itachi you need:
Without Intel Itachi can beat them also.

- Intel, being faster,having chakra form limbs to grab Totsuka, have strength to lock Totsuka in grip, having enough chakra to outlast Itachi while using some jutsu, being immune or almost immune of occular genjutsu, durability above multiple attacks of Yasaka Magatama + could have attack powerfull enough to bust Complete Susanoo
or
- INTEL, Being super fast and having way to end Itachi in one attack before he can react, genjutsu resistance recomended
or
- INTEL, having hax to pass through them, supperior reaction time and fast powerfull attack enough to End Itach's life in one attack
Without Intel Itachi can beat them also.
