Has the curse mark something to do with lightning?

Because the curse mark does also appear on this guy (Enel from One Piece)

who is also known for his lignting techniques. (you can see the "curse mark" on his left teigu)

-So what my question is, that it can't be random that Sasuke can use lighning jutsus and in other anime/manga those curse mark signs appear on lightning guys.
Also, I couldn't find anything about Budos Teigu called "Adramelech".. only that he has something to do with Satan.

What are your thoughts on this?

Naruto came out much earlier than Akame Ga Kill. Not sure about Enel, but I don't think so.

The CM probably isn't lightning based, however both sasuke & enel [mostly sasuke] are loosely based off of the japanese god of thunder raijin
