Heres one thing I dont get.I kinda recall that Iruka said that Sasuke graduated the academy with topmost scores in each field and yet he wasnt able to answer that paper.So how did Hinata and Sakura if they had lower scores than Sasuke ?

They are good in Theory not Practicals . Usually Girls are good with books unlike boys .
