I disagree with anyone who tries feed the crap about Kakashi or Gai being the best teacher.. Both were extremely biased in regards to their students, and really didn't build up that good teams.. << Now notice i said teams not individual shinobi. Team Asuma might have the weakest shinobi out of these 3 teams, however, they have the best TEAMWORK out of these teams.

- Kakashi = stay on Sasuke, and ignore Naruto and Sakura. Yes i'm aware sasuke had his curse mark.. Which however, should have been reported to the bloody Hokage, so he can do something about it. Furthermore, he could have just invited Sakura and Naruto to go help with Sasuke also, while improving themselves.. But oh no, sasuke is too important. :erm: , as a teacher hes not even close to being the best.

- Gai = his entire focus was rock lee.. rofl. He couldn't even teach tenten taijutsu that would cooperate with her style of weapon fighting. WTF. Neji was learning shit on his own. And please don't play the crap about "ohh he didn't have byakugan to teach neji".. just don't bother with that.

- Asuma = focused on Ino/Shika/Cho like a boss. No bias what so ever with his students. He helped all 3 of them uncover their true potential. <<< Can't get a better teacher than this. Sarutobi clan = best teachers. *_*

Anywho what do you think? do you also believe Asuma was the best teacher.

You think Asuma didn't have a bias toward Shikamaru?

I agree, asuma was better than guy and kakashi. Though he seemed to favor shikamaru more than the others. All the sensei were biased.

no he did not Vongola Decimo.

He never favored shikamaru more, Shikamaru was a brain type, so he has to train his brain and so on. But in regards to favoring, if he did favor anyone it'd be choji.

I don't remember him ever helping Ino. And I don't think he focused much on Choji either...

I couldn't disagree more.

- Asuma had a bias towards Shikamaru. So that makes him no different to Kakashi and Gai.
-Ino-Shika-Cho may have the best teamwork of the all the teams...... but you forget to take into account that their moves naturally compliment each other. Furthermore, they knew each other as kids as the 3 clans have been great comrades for many years. It's much easier to work together with childhood/family friends IMO. So that has little to do with Asuma.

Nah he was always with shikamaru, it was clear that he favored him more. His own father did the same with orochimaru

I mean, Team Asuma's teamwork was actually passed on to them through InaShikaCho tradition that spans generations, not Asuma.

And Team Kakashi's teamwork defeated Kaguya and saved the world.

I think they all were bias in some way.
Gai focused on Lee
Asuma focused on Shikamaru
Kakakshi focused on Sasuke

Also, when did Kakashi focus on Sasuke? For the Chunin exams. That's really the only time Kakashi ever just excluded the other two, and that was because Kakashi knew that his style was compatible with Sasuke's and not Naruto's and Sakura's, who wasn't moving on. It's not like every time there was training Kakashi focused on just Sasuke.

Asuma spent loads of time with just Shikamaru, so you have Asuma establishing a greater bond with Shikamaru than his other teammates, and Kakashi training just Sasuke one time because of a certain occasion.

Now someone please show me where he was training Shikamaru in private.

Playing a game = training.. nice. Its funny Asuma seems to have an equal bond with all 3 of them. My boy perfected their ino-shika-cho formation.

Furthermore, yes i'm talking about chunin exams.. where he had to prep up Sasuke. rofl. And left Naruto to ebisu. <<< That was the only training he ever did... rofl.

He didn't even bother to teach Sakura anything new once she did the tree climbing excersice in the first time..

Sakura had Tsunade. What was the point ?

Tsunade is hokage, she is busier than kakashi. Kakashi could have at least taught sakura some ninjutsu. I mean we all know he knows more ninjutsu than tsunade. Kakashi is my fav but he messed up
